If payment for a course is declined, our system will automatically disable access to our premium materials. (We understand. This usually happens because a credit card expires.) We want to help restore your access, so we’ll make every attempt to contact you to help resolve this issue. Once the billing issue is resolved, we’ll restore access.

No waiver by Central NJ Fireplace of any right under these Terms of Service will be deemed to be either a waiver of any other right or provision or a waiver of that same right or provision at any other time. If any part of these Terms of Service is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and the liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most clearly matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of these Terms of Service shall continue in effect.
